16 Febwhat's the best side dish for Chicken Cacciatore?

I have company coming on sunday and I’m serving chicken cacciatore. I have a dessert planned but I’m stumped as to what to serve with the chicken. Any ideas?

Just keep it simple and serve it over some pasta. You could also do a roasted veg, or squash pasta (thinly julienned squash sauteed in butter). Good luck.

I usually serve mashed potatoes or sauteed asparagus with my chicken cacciatore. It all depends on if I am looking for comfort food or a lighter dinner. However, a pasta side would be just fine since you would be sticking with the Italian theme. Definitely don’t forget the crusty bread to mop up all the sauce! A spinach salad might be good too to start things off.

I think potato wedges or some type of vegetable would be good.

Pasta. Add some crusty bread and a fresh green salad
